Encrypted Data Storage

All personal records are stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Your name, contact details and account history are never held in plain text, and database access requires multi-factor authentication from authorised staff only.

Cookie Transparency

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are navigated. You can adjust cookie preferences from the settings panel without affecting your ability to deposit via UPI or PhonePe.

Payment Data Isolation

Paytm, PhonePe and UPI payment flows are processed entirely within those providers' certified environments. We receive only a transaction reference and status — never your PIN, OTP or wallet password.

Data Retention Limits

Account records are retained for the period required by applicable law and no longer. When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted from our systems following a documented internal process reviewed periodically.

Access Request Process

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold at any time. We will prepare and deliver this within 14 days of receiving a verified request through email or via the in-account Help Centre.

Third-Party Sharing Limits

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe) and identity verification providers where sharing is strictly necessary to operate your account.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the identity documents needed to verify your account. Payment references from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are also recorded, but we do not store sensitive authentication credentials like PINs or OTPs.

Retention periods depend on the category of data and the requirements of applicable local law. In most cases, account records are held for the legally mandated period after closure and then permanently deleted from our systems per our documented deletion process.

Yes. Submit a data access request via email to our privacy team or through the in-account Help Centre under 'My Data'. We will verify your identity and deliver a complete export of your records within 14 calendar days of confirmation.

We share data only with the payment processors required to complete your transactions — UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — and with identity verification providers. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers or any other commercial third party.
